With Florida’s bat maternity season fast approaching—during which all exclusion work is legally suspended—we were up against a tight timeline to address the issue while remaining in full compliance with state regulations.

  3. Installation of One-Way Valves: Allowed bats to exit safely without re-entry.
  4. Sealing and Repair: Once bat activity ceased, all valves were removed and entry points professionally sealed.
  5. Cleanup: Removed guano and cleaned oil-based markings left around former entryways.
