The landowner noticed large holes under the pasture fencing, a common sign of armadillo activity that poses risks to livestock and fencing stability. They contacted Wildlife Works for a rapid solution to prevent injuries and protect their horses.
After identifying active burrows, our team placed traps in strategic locations along the fence line. Within 48 hours, both armadillos were captured. They were transported and released in the Ocala National Forest, in accordance with relocation best practices and wildlife guidelines.
